What does RTA stand for?
RTA is an acronym for Ready To Assemble. RTA cabinets are flat packed, saving space and shipping costs. You can assemble and install them yourself with a basic toolkit. RTA cabinets are considerably cheaper than assembled cabinets.
Should I buy a sample door?
We do recommend ordering a sample door before you order the full kitchen. It's a great way to see the quality of our cabinets. Also, the stains and paint can look different on your screen then in real life in your kitchen with your lighting.
Are the samples refundable?
Yes! When you buy any cabinets from us, we will refund the entire door sample cost (put in the discount code FREESAMPLE) and you get to keep them; no need to send the samples back to us.
What is your cancellation & return policy?
There is a 25% restocking fee for all canceled and returned items. If the order has not been processed by the manufacturer and therefore they do not charge us a restocking fee, then we will not charge you either. The time frame to request a return is 7 business days from when the cabinets were received. Any returns must be unopened and in the original packaging. Unfortunately, when returning cabinets, shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Where is your company located?
Our offices are located in NJ and ship nationwide. We do not have a showroom - our website is our showroom! We eliminate showroom costs and pass on the savings to you.
